LiveHeats allows you to restrict event registration to active members in a series. When you're ready to close membership registration for a series, it will prevent members from being able to register. When you are opening registration, you might like to offer a discount if multiple athletes register (e.g. a family). How do multi-entry discounts work? When configuring your registration, we define the rules for your multi-entry. For example, you might offer $150 for a family of four, and $25 for every additional athlete thereafter. LiveHeats offers both series based and rolling membership. Series based membership would be used if your athletes join a particular season (e.g. 2022), and their membership expires at the end of the season, no matter when they joined. Rolling membership allows members to join at any time, and the membership expires after a period of time as defined by you (e.g. 12 months). By default, our memberships use Series based setting.
