How do I get off the waitlist and confirmed for the event? The event organiser will decide to confirm your entry, until that point you will remain on the waitlist. If there is a payment required to enter, your card will be charged once the organiser confirms your entry. What happens if the payment fails? If the event organiser tries to confirm your entry and the card payment fails, you will receive an email. An athlete is linked to your LiveHeats account if you've either: registered them for an event your email was linked to the athlete's profile by another user or director You cannot unlink athletes from your own user account. If the athlete has another user linked to it, they can remove your email from it by editing the athlete profile.
