Setting division restrictions for your event registration
You can set up entry restrictions at a division level for your event to ensure athletes only register in divisions they are eligible for, i.e. a 17yr old athlete cannot enter a U16 division. You can set these at the division level for each event which will be based on custom field data: Drop-down restrictions – limit which options can be selected. By default when you create an event, the public can view who's entered as well as their seed. This is helpful for athletes so they can view their position on the seed list, but sometimes you might like to hide this from the public event page. Here's how. The club leaderboard/pointscore is designed for those organisations or events wishing to capture clubs' cumulative points across multiple divisions within an event. We know that mistakes happen. With LiveHeats you have full flexibility to edit and add scores to live or completed heats. During live heats, judges can edit their own scores, and the head judge also has the power to edit scores. We know that sometimes it's better to keep the results from finals hidden until you've reached the presentation.
