The athletes area displays all the athletes in your organisation’s database. These include athletes in all events, or members in all your series in your organisation. If you're looking for a particular event's athlete list, or memberships for a particular series, you should go to the Events or Series area.

How to view and edit athlete profiles in your organisation’s database

1. Once you’re logged in as a Director, click on Athletes in the main navigation
2. Use the page numbers to find the athlete. The list is sorted alphabetically
3. Click the athlete and you’ll land on the profile editor
4. Here you can take actions such as:

• editing the athlete's profile information
• viewing the athlete's activity - entries and results
• viewing the athlete's memberships
