Upgrading a one-off event in your account to a premium plan
Throughout the season, you might need to access a higher tiered plan for a one-off event. The reason for this might be:
- one-off event where you do live streaming
- one-off event where you invite athletes and will have much larger numbers (e.g. national champs)
How to upgrade an individual event
- Ensure you have access to the receipt from your last LiveHeats purchase, so we can set the upgrade price accordingly

- We'll then activate your request, send you an invoice for payment, and immediately activate the premium features on your event
