Setting the event layout type to be Single or Multi Course schedule
When scoring your event with LiveHeats, we offer two methods that determine the sequence that heats/runs can be scored.
Supported event layout types
Method | Detail | Best for |
---|---|---|
Single course schedule | Director must start / end each heat/run using the event remote Heats/runs must be ended to proceed to score the next heat/runAll heats, runs, and rounds appear in the event are scored in sequenceSupports up to two divisions being scored simultaneously with double banking | When a judging panel is being usedWhen you start and end the scoring of each heat/run in a set order |
Multi course schedule | Allows a Director to go into any division > heat/run and start it to begin scoringAllows Director to start and end heats/runs at any time and not in a set sequenceautomatically hides the schedule from the public | Events with many courses/areas running out sequenceIf you are using a single tabulator or scorer, instead of a panel |
