An athlete is linked to your LiveHeats account if you've either:

• registered them for an event
• your email was linked to the athlete's profile by another user or director

You cannot unlink athletes from your own user account. If the athlete has another user linked to it, they can remove your email from it by editing the athlete profile. Otherwise, you can follow the steps below.

How to remove or unlink an athlete from your user account

1. Complete this form: https://forms.clickup.com/26411634/f/t60kj-1842/RLFEITXPS3IK3COREW
2. We'll then process the request in a few business days and let you know once done

Note, if its a duplicate athlete profile you should have them merged instead of remove/unlined: Merging duplicate athletes (double ups) in the ranking leaderboard
