Managing an Athlete's Profile as an athlete, parent, coach or team manager

If you have a Liveheats account your user can be linked to your athlete's profile or a profile of an athlete you manage (e.g. if you are the athlete's parent, coach, team manager etc..).



How to manage an athlete's profile


  1. Head to www.liveheats.com and log in with your user account
  2. Once logged in, you'll land on the Athlete dashboard

  1. To view the athlete's profile click their profile under the Profiles heading
  2. Once in their profile, you will see three tabs:

  • Activity - See the athlete's upcoming events, competition history and results
  • Profile -  Edit their profile details and manage linked users. For more details please read our article: Editing an athlete profile as an Athlete or Spectator
  • Memberships - See all the athlete's active and expired memberships



FAQs

Why I don't see the Athlete Dashboard when I log into my Liveheats account?


If you've logged in to your Liveheats account to manage an athlete's profile and haven't been automatically directed to the Athlete Dashboard there's likely one of two reasons:


  1. You also manage an organisation with the same Liveheats account and, therefore, have defaulted to the director view. To change this, click the Avatar menu at the top right of the screen, and from under the list of Dashboards, select Athlete.

  1. You don't have any linked athlete profiles yet. In this case, you'll need to contact the organisation/s where the athlete is a member or has competed and make a request to be linked to the athlete's Liveheats profile.
