How to set up and customise club leaderboard / pointscore on an event
The club leaderboard/pointscore is designed for those organisations or events wishing to capture clubs' cumulative points across multiple divisions within an event. It allows you to award competitors points for their final result in a division, for example: 1st in a division wins 6 points for their club, 2nd wins 5, etc.
The club leaderboard does not yet function for events with outside athletes or composite teams where their results should be skipped or not counted toward to club leaderboard. If you have composite teams competing you would need to generate your leaderboard offline using our reports.
Once active, the club leaderboard will display on your public event page, so it can be followed live by spectators. It will update as soon as divisions are complete:
How to activate the club leaderboard on an event
- Go to Event settings
- Select Rankings & leaderboards
- Tick Event uses a club leaderboard
- Select Update event
To customise your points allocation for a club leaderboard:
- Go to Club leaderboard
- Select Settings
- Customise allocations by editing the number of points for each row. Click + Add place to add more rows. To delete allocation, remove the number by hitting backspace on the keyboard (it will remove the row once saved).
- Select Save to update points allocation
You can always modify your pointscore whenever you wish
