How do I get off the waitlist and confirmed for the event?


The event organiser will decide to confirm your entry, until that point you will remain on the waitlist.


If there is a payment required to enter, your card will be charged once the organiser confirms your entry.


What happens if the payment fails?


If the event organiser tries to confirm your entry and the card payment fails, you will receive an email.


To resolve payment, follow the steps below:


  1. Click Pay now in the email, or log in to your Athlete dashboard

  1. In your Athlete dashboard, you will see a message about the payment due. Click Pay now.

  1. In the payment page, retry payment with your existing card, or click Change to update your card details
  2. Once you complete payment, you are immediately confirmed into the division


If you've entered other divisions within the same event, you'll need to complete the payment steps for the other divisions to be confirmed for each division.


How do I change my card details?


Unfortunately you cannot change your payment details. If payment fails, you will be notified by email and you can add a new card to resolve the payment. For a how-to guide on adding a new card, see the steps above for "What happens if the payment fails?".


Once I complete an outstanding payment, am I confirmed?


Yes! Once you complete the payment, your entry is auto-confirmed.
