Once a heat has been started by the Director, each judge's scorecard will become active. They can then enter, edit, and remove scores for each athlete's ride.

To enter scores, judges need to:

1. Tap the plus icon next to an athlete or the athlete's name - this will open open the keypad. The position of the kepypad is optimised for the type of device being used.
2. Type in score. There is no need to enter the decimal (full stop) key for a decimal place, the system will automatically place the decimal for you
3. When done, click submit to save the score
4. The keypad will close automatically once the score has been submitted.

To delete or edit a score:

1. Tap the score you'd like to edit - this will open the keypad.
2. Delete out the original number and make your edit
3. When done, hit submit.

The head judge can also enter, edit and delete scores from the Head judge area.

To enter a modifier, hit the modifier button on the top right of the keypad, select the type of modifier you’d like to use, then hit submit.

To remove a modifier, hit the modifier button on the top right of the keypad, tap the modifier you’d like to remove, then hit submit
