On Liveheats, a Series represents a relationship between multiple Events and can be used for Rankings or Membership. This article describes how to create and edit series into groups so they can be navigated to with ease on both your director Ranking & membership page and your public rankings page, and also how to ungroup/delete any existing series groups.

Please note that this series grouping is only available if you have 20 or more series on your account

Creating a series group

1. Log in to your LiveHeats dashboard
2. Click Rankings & memberships in the top navigation, then click the Create series group button in the top right:

3. Complete the form:

• Group name
• And select all the series you wish to add to the group (this can be edited at any time)

Please note that the series will display on both the director and public pages in the order the series are added to the group.

4. Click the Create group button

5. You should now see your new series group on the Ranking & membership page under your group name heading. 

And, if the group contains any ranking series, this group will now be displayed as an additional filter option on your public rankings page.

Any series that is not in a group will now be under the Other series heading on both the Ranking & membership page and your public rankings page filter.

Editing a series group

1. To edit a series group, click the Edit group button next to the group you wish to edit.

2. Make the desired updates (e.g Update group name, add or remove a series), once ready, click the Update group button

Ungrouping/deleting a series group

1. To ungroup or delete a series group, click the Edit group button next to the group you wish to edit.
2. Click the Ungroup series button

3. Then click the Ungroup button to confirm

4. Any series that were previously in this group will now be found under the Other series heading on both the Ranking & membership page and your public rankings page filter.
