If you usually run events in a series, you can also run a standalone event at any time, in case you:

• are a club running a one-off charity event
• running an event that doesn't require membership
• running a run event that doesn't belong to the rankings

When its a standalone event, the following will happen:

• the results do not go into your Series rankings
• if you usually require an active membership to register, this setting will not be enabled

How to set up a standalone event

1. Click Create event, or if already created, go to the Event settings
2. In the field that reads Which series does this event belong to?, just backspace or click to remove any value, so it says Standalone event
3. Click Update event to save
