Bulk confirm waitlisted event entries based on registration date and time

For some events, you may need to confirm many waitlisted athlete entries based on the date and time they registered.

How to sort and bulk confirm waitlisted entries

  1. Firstly navigate to the Event dashboard. From there click the All entries button.

  1. By default, the entries in the table should be sorted in ascending order (earliest to the latest date and time). To confirm this there should be an upward-facing arrow next to the Entry date heading.

If this is not the case you can hover over the Entry date and click the three dots. This will bring up a menu to order entries in ascending order (earliest to the latest) select Sort by ASC.

  1. Next, it's common for our organisers to confirm entries at the division level.
Please Note: If you confirm entries at the event level please skip this step and go straight to step #5

To do this you need to apply a filter to the Division. This can be done by hovering over the Division heading clicking the three dots and selecting Filter.

  1. Then in the Filter pop-up enter the division name into the value field. This will filter all the divisions that match the value entered.

  1. You can now begin to select entries from the top down by clicking the checkbox on the entry row.  Continue selecting until you have reached the amount you want to confirm. The number of selected entries is displayed at the top and bottom of the table.
Please note: You may notice that the number of entries to confirm differs from the number selected. This will occur if one or more of the selected entries have already been confirmed.

  1. Now you can click the Confirm button.
If your event is a paid event this is when your athlete's card will be charged, if any of the payments fail they will receive an email to fix the payment. For more details on how payments work with waitlisting please see here.
