Archiving a custom field

Once you've created a custom field, you might like to archive it to replace it with an updated custom field, or if its no longer required.


How to archive a custom field


  1. Navigate to the  Event settings for event registration or Series setting for membership registration
  2. Click on the Registration tab and scroll down to the  Custom fields section
  3. Click on the field you'd like to archive to open the dialogue
  4. Click the  Archive button on the bottom left of the dialogue, and  confirm
  5. Click  Update event or  Save to update


Note: if your organisation is part of a federation, you can not archive custom fields created by other organisations in your federation
