Adding additional judges to your organisation users
With LiveHeats, you can now create your own personal judge logins for your organisation account. Directors can add these judges by logging into their director account and following these instructions: Judge users can only access and allocate scores for heats that have been marked as LIVE.

How to add another Judge user to your organisation:
- Once logged in as a Director, click Organisation settings via your avatar menu:
- Once on the Organisation settings click the Users tab, and click Invite Director:
- Enter the name and email of the Judge who you'd like to add and set Role to Judge
- Click Invite. This will give them immediate access to your organisation's account as a Judge. If they already have an account, they can just reload their account. If not yet signed up to LiveHeats, they'll need to follow the instructions sent to them on email to set their password.
