Once you have connected to Stripe to accept payments, you can activate paid registration for any event. Once activated, athletes will be able to register and pay via your LiveHeats event page.

How to activate paid registration for an event

1. Once you've created your event, navigate to Event settings and click on the Payments tab

2. Once you've clicked Activate paid registration, enter the price per division. Note that your price will be inclusive of our transaction fee and Stripe's fees
3. Choose whether to charge this price for each athlete entering team divisions. If you leave this box unchecked, team divisions will be charged as a whole at the price per division.
4. Apply any advanced registration settings as required:

• Custom pricing by division
• Discounted price per additional division
• Family discounts
• Paid extras

4. Click Update event to save. Once the event status is set to Entry open, athletes can now register and pay via the Public event link, or your LiveHeats page (e.g. www.liveheats.com/bondi).
5. Head to the Registration tab to set other advanced registration settings
